At STEPIZO, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you want to exchange your product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Conditions
- Product unused aur unworn hona chahiye.
- Product ki original packing available honi chahiye.
- Product par koi damage ya marks nahi hone chahiye.
- Exchange ke liye order number dena zaroori hai.
- Exchange request delivery ke 7 days ke andar karni hogi.
How to Exchange
Exchange ke liye humein email karein:
Email mein apna order number aur exchange ki reason mention karein.
Agar product damaged, defective ya wrong item receive hua hai, to uski clear pictures bhi send karein.
Size Exchange
Agar size fit nahi aa raha, to aap 7 days ke andar size exchange ki request kar sakte hain, provided product unused aur original condition mein ho.
Damaged or Wrong Product
Agar aapko damaged, defective ya wrong product receive hota hai, to delivery ke baad jaldi se humse contact karein. Hum issue check karke exchange mein aapki help karenge.
